So I was compelled to create some fan art of perhaps my favorite classic Disney character design ever, Pinocchio's Blue Fairy.  Like Jiminy Cricket, I'm smitten! I wanted to create a Deco take to match her classic cinema, Hollywood film goddess style.  Enjoy!
